The Salinas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl who is believed to be in the company of an older man.  Valeria Flores Soriano (16) was last seen this morning leaving her home in Salinas.  Valeria was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray pants.  She was seen getting into a dark colored sedan.  It is believed she may be in the company of Adrian Candido Frias Regalado (35).
